The Maryland Action Coalition convened a work group of six representatives from the Maryland Council of Deans and Directors of Nursing Programs (MCDDNP) to review and revise the Maryland Statewide Articulation Model. The work group presented their drafts regularly at MCDDNP meetings, solicited feedback from all nursing school deans and directors in the state, and sent a final draft to all MCDNNP members and received a 100 percent acceptance rate. In November 2017 the Maryland Secretary of Education formally confirmed endorsement of the revisions.
