The WI-DAT provides an integrated outcomes-focused approach to consistently assess, monitor and evaluate the status of diversity within nursing education programs, health systems and other healthcare organizations to enhance and ensure a sustainable and diverse nursing workforce.

The tool includes:

• Evidence-based metrics
• A vision for inclusive quality measures
• Recommendations that will help facilitate sustainable change that can begin as early as middle school
