Developing Leadership and Advancing Education through Strategic Collaboration Focused on Diversity

Project Plans:

This project builds on RWJF SIP 1 to expand credit by portfolio program addressing five nursing competencies and assures that undergraduate AD nursing curricula are aligned with those five competencies. It also includes evaluation of LPN to BSN progression and estimates that 75% of undergraduate programs will implement planned outcome and academic progression strategies , resulting in a 10% in RNs age 20-50 with BSN.

Additionally, the program builds on RWJF SIP 1 leadership work to expand an existing mentorship program from 4 to 8 dyads. Consolidate leadership resources on website.
