The Future of Nursing West Virginia Action Coalition created a new online course for recently nurse graduates transitioning to their first practicing position. Course topics include:

• communication,
• delegation,
• time management,
• pain management,
• end-of-life care,
• stress management.

Nine hospital/medical centers participated in helping to develop the courses.
