With Mentorship and Board Leadership

The Nebraska Action Coalition has been working since 2011 to implement recommendations on nursing from the 2010 report, The Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health. Now, a new paper, Nebraska Action Coalition’s Efforts to Lead Change with Mentorship and Board Leadership, written by members of the Nebraska Action Coalition presents an overview of its group’s history and highlights two of its unique programs: a mentorship program and accompanying toolkit, and leadership training to its members and board members.
