The Foundation for Nursing Excellence, in North Carolina, congratulates the first group of Regionally Increasing Baccalaureate Nurses (RIBN) students recently graduated from East Carolina University (ECU).  Check out the video from ECU recognizing the RIBN graduates. RIBN’s mission is to improve the health and health outcomes of North Carolinians by increasing the educational preparation and diversity of the nursing workforce.
