Based on TCC Group’s paper, “What Makes an Effective Coalition” (2011),  this webinar is designed to provide Action Coalitions with a framework for assessing its coalition’s efficacy. It will also serve as a basis for future work to define Action Coalition’s member roles and recruitment efforts.

Objectives:

By the end of this webinar, participants will have a framework for determining their Action Coalition’s effectiveness. This will include:

1. Define a coalition.
2. Discuss the machinery or your coalition.
3. Assess your coalition’s effectiveness in four key domains:
   – Leadership,
   – Management,
   – Technical, and
   – Culture
