This training aims to help Action Coalitions examine their organizational structure and identify how to effectively create coalition capacity. We’ll introduce the concept of organizational design, and discuss how internal structures can be used to maximize collaboration and engagement in your Action Coalition. Campaign for Action leaders from Texas and Florida will be on hand to provide insight into how an improved organizational structure helped their Action Coalitions achieve management and technical success.  By the end of the presentation, we’ll have identified tactics that you can use to create momentum in your state.
