As part of AARP’s commitment to strengthening and diversifying the nursing workforce, the AARP Center for Health Equity through NursingSM (A-CHEN) is creating a digital toolkit that includes examples of successful RN recruitment and retention strategies. The toolkit will focus on strategies that create a sense of belonging.
