Effect: Tools & Strategies to Thrive in a Changing World program is to offer a two-pronged approach to provide caregivers and leaders the necessary tools and strategies to continue to ride the waves through the storm and come out the other side thriving, stronger, and confident to face the uncertainty of what lies ahead.  The programs include: Learning Sessions and Coaching.
