Olena, This is such a great infographic. Very well done and clearly communicates what can be a complex issue. You may know that the campaign is working to address health disparities, which is inextricably tied to social determinants of health. Olena, excellent graphic of how many more factors relate to health than just the presence or absence of disease. I recently told Linda Tieman (WA action coalition co-lead), that health outcomes often rely more on your zip code than your blood pressure. We need to work hard to eliminate these disparities!
