Senior Advisor, Communications
Laura Diamond serves as the senior advisor, communications for the Center to Champion Nursing in America, an initiative of AARP Foundation, AARP, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to improve America’s health through nursing. Laura helps advance communications strategies and handles writing, editing, and digital needs for the Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action, a national effort of those same organizations to transform health care through nursing and build healthier communities for everyone in America.
Previously, Laura held director of communications roles for the American Nurses Association, the College of American Pathologists, the National Osteoporosis Foundation, and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Laura has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Boston University.
