Project Accomplishments:

Maine contracted with the North East Ohio Nursing Initiative to create a nursing workforce forecast and used this to evaluate and create strategies for future needs. Also, Maine conducted a leadership survey and identified more than 300 nurses in leadership roles. In addition, Maine has begun an employee evaluation process to understand nurses’ future learning needs.
