Olena, This was a great article. It's exciting to hear more about Washington's plans to build on its Diversity Mentorship Network. We look forward to more updates. Have you all developed plans for recruiting mentors and mentees?

Thank you! We're glad you enjoyed it, Nefertari. Guided by our diversity initiative advisory committee, we are working with several stakeholders to develop our outreach plans for the program. We’re drafting a needs assessment for nursing students, recent graduates, and experienced RNs to give us insight into communication platforms, messaging, curriculum, structure, etc.
