Thank you for posting this resource from the Washington Center for Nursing. The full title of this paper is "Nursing Scope of Practice: Are we facilitating or impeding? An organizational self-assessment" and the author is Trina Roufs, RN, MSN(c). This tool focused on maximizing RN potential.
